Great candle which I defiantly recomend. Once opened the first thing you will notice is the jar they use for the candle. The jar is so bautiful that we have the candle displayed in our foyer. Now it’s really hard to believe it could get much better, but it does.

Editing my previous review from "no smell" to happily relay a couple of burns in, the candle DOES display a wonderful scent that provides a luxurious experience. Apologies for jumping the gun, would buy it again.

Got this for my husband for Christmas and it smells amazingly good! He loves it! Yes it also went into his man cave/office.

Loved the quality and fragrance of the candle. Gave to my daughter as a gift and she loves it!!

I will say though it’s Not as strong as the balsam fir candle we have, in the sense that the smell doesn’t spread throughout the house as fast. But it smells great!

This is one of the best sents, it smells like man in a bottle a nice clean smell that smells oh so good the kind that makes you whip your head around when someone walked by you because they smell so good !!!

Balsam & Cedar is one of my favorite candles. I remember having this candle in college twenty years ago. The candle lasts a long time and smell does not fade. The smell is stronger than some other candle flavors.

Very nice, clean scent! Great in a larger area to smell in perfect amount! I use it in kitchen/living area that's fairly open, and can smell wafts of of, in both areas!

Love how the scent is non synthetic, very natural . I stock them up whenever they are on sale. Quality remains the same over years. You wont be disappointed.

I bought this candles as a gift for my sister. It smells so good and she love you so much!!. It was very lasted long, fresh smelling and feel relaxin.

The scent of the candle is not a heavy pine, has a kind of sweeter Balsam scent (not even sure I would describe it as Cedar). It is pleasant, but not over powering. I have not burned it down to a lower level yet, so perhaps the lower levels, with darker colors, have a stronger scent. I enjoy having candles during the holidays (carefully, not near our tree), and this one will make a really nice addition to our holiday atmosphere.

I'm excited to see where this candle goes next. I ordered the balsam & cedar as, at the time I ordered, it was around Christmas and I currently live in a country that doesn't really celebrate the holiday, and I wanted nothing more than to smell a Christmas tree.

The top layer of the candle smells like Christmas tree lite, a light, delicate pine with a hint of sweetness to it. I really like it, but the bottom two thirds of the candle is a darker green wax that I'm hoping will be even more aromatic. It'll take a while to get there as this burns so slowly.

This is a very large good smelling candle that is selling for about $24 at the time of this review. $24 is quite competitive if compared to name brand candles that I don’t think burn as long in my opinion. The scent of the balsam and cedar is quite nice and has a manly scent to it. My wife actually doesn’t like the smell which is just fine with me since I burn this in my office for a nice rich manly smell. I think it would be a nice addition if the candle came with at least one more if now two more wicks as there seems to be a lot of was that goes “wasted” on the perimeter as I’ve been burning this for about two weeks now and it’s starting to burn down a narrow cylindrical hole in the candle. All in all, this is a nice large candle what smells nice and sells for a competitive reasonable price.

This candle is seriously enormous. If you've ever seen one of those giant citronella candles people burn outside during the summer to keep away the bugs - well, this is bigger than that. It comes in a simple jar of sheer sepia toned glass with a stylish black and gold label (that's easy to remove). The wax is creamy, clean burning soy and there are three wicks to keep it burning evenly. Naturally, with a candle this large, the burn time is incredible. We had this one going for about 12 hours a day for at least five days. And it burned almost completely so there wasn't a lot of wasted wax. If you enjoy a sweet gourmand fragrance, the Salt & Caramel aroma is very pleasing. While this isn't the most potent candle I've had, the mild scent filled the entire first floor of my house.

I am SO glad I picked this scent! It's a deliciously sexy, sultry scent that's reminiscent of a pricey men's cologne. I'd love to know what these mystery notes were so I could make my own version of these kinds of scents, rich and deep. It's the kind of scent that brings about the memories of many sexy nights all in a flash. The cologne-type scent is ambiguous enough to remind you of almost anyone and everyone, but specific enough to almost say "I know this from somewhere..."

Smells really good without being cloying. Burns slow too. I did have a problem with the wicks curling causing the flame to go out.

AWESOME CANDLE!!!!!!! It is long lasting because I burned mine endlessly. The scent is a nice vanilla like flavor. The decorative blue holder matched my decor beautifully. Worth every penny!!

It burns cleanly, the aroma is distinct yet not distracting and it fills a room with a subtle yet still noticeable scent. It’s my favorite summer candle.

They burn very long, don't produce smoke or soot, and burn with a nice, bright flame that doesn't need the wick trimmed. I

I’m not sure if it is just mine, but there was no scent, after burning it about 1/2 way, my daughter couldn’t smell it, either. I hate to write bad reviews, although I felt this time I should. It’s hard ordering scented candles online.

I was really excited about these candles; local company, small business etc. They were much smaller than I anticipated. The scents are weak, at best. I’m not very happy with the purchase.

I bought it for me. It’s the first of many of these I will buy and I always test candles before I give them to give to others. This one goes to the top of my list.

I have four of these candles in the coffee table size. There was one review that said they don’t have a scent, and I think that person must have had covid or something, because these scents are very fragrant! The smell fills up my whole downstairs after a half hour.

This is a really nice Balsam and Cedar scented candle in a pretty hour glass shaped jar (maybe not hour glass, but bigger on top and bottom, smaller in the middle). Even the wooden top with plastic seal is nice. I feel a bit guilty lighting this, it would be the perfect gift if invited to a Christmas dinner at someone's house. Rather than showing up with another bottle of wine, this is different, but would be totally appropriate and appreciated. I thought the shape of the jar might help the candle burn evenly, but after five hours of so of continuous burning to get it started I've noticed that the wax at the edge of the jar never seems to melt, so I have a small amount of tunnelling developing. I'm going to address it myself the second time I burn the candle as I don't want it to get out of control. All in all I'm very pleased. For its size this is a very reasonably priced candle, and it smells great.
