I ordered 6 of the reed diffusers on 1/3/2024 it’s now 1/12/2024 and no confirmation of the order shipped. Tried to look up the order number or status you get a 404 error code. When you try to call the company it uses Google VM. I’ve received no response from the email. On Amazon where I first got the product it was awesome quick response and the product smells amazing. Trust Amazon to get the product so worth the addition thirty cents per item! Next step is to file a claim with Amex fraud.

Beautiful packaging, product and smells amazing. Would make a great gift!! I initially purchased this for my desk at work. Everyone at work kept asking me where I got it. I loved it so much I purchased one for my bedroom.

The smell is so strong you smell it before opening the box lol i love it. Good alternative then using plug-ins or smoke. I bought 3 they are placed in 3 locations and the minute i walk through door the smell welcomes me it Smells so good!

The diffuser is gorgeous in the living room and adds a really nice touch. The packaging is exquisite and would certainly make a delightful gift.

This diffuser looks pretty, is priced well and has a wonderful scent! I have purchased the Eucalyptus & Cedarwood scent in the past, which I love, but I think the Darjeeling Tes scent might be even nicer.

The scent was very overwhelming at first but by the 3 day it wasn't so bad. I placed it in my living room.

Wow! Scent is strong but fresh. I set this in my bedroom and initially put in 5 sticks. Too much, so I took out 2 sticks and it’s just enough. I love it!

Ah always nervous to order scented things without being able to smell in person. This is lovely! Strong enough that you can smell it but not overwhelming.

Very pleasant fragrance, diffuser sticks work well, have had this product previously and lasts quite awhile unlike other cheaper ones. Very satisfied

If you have a larger area or want something that smacks you in the face with scent, this might not be what you're looking for, but for my purposes it was perfect.

I can't speak to the longevity of the product, because I've only had it for about 10 days. But wow, is the Darjeeling Tea a lovely scent - and I'm picky! The jar is very attractive, as well.

The fragrance I chose,Darjeeling Tea, has the room smelling delicious all the time. I love it and will order again.

The reed diffuser sticks did exactly what it was meant to do, make the room smell great!

Many students remark how they love the smell, so that's nice too. The sticks definitely don't last, but I bought reed refills that work just as well.

I used it for my office, so it does need to be in an appropriate space for a subtle smell. I work with students, and I didn't want to use anything that was either a workplace hazard, or irritating to sensitive or allergic folks. This definitely meets that criteria, and looks presentable.

The packaging is very pleasant and the smell is strong. It is heavy on eucalyptus and pine. It leaves a pleasantly long lasting scent in the area while looking aesthetically pleasing.

It's a pleasant scent. Not overwhelming. It smells like tobacco flower and tea.

I like the smells. It gives me calm and peaceful mind. However it is not that long-lasting. I have to walk closer to it only can smell it.

this scent is very smooth to nose. The scent is just right. It works very well in bedrooms or bathroom which gives the room a soft smell. It’s packed well and easy to use.Love the wooden Lids!! Will but again in the future.

I personally think this is a wonderful diffuser. It’s definitely better quality than most and the scent is wonderful. The product is super well packaged and I love the wooden lid. It diffuses very well too so you can actually smell it further away, but it doesn’t overpower you either. This is definitely a more “high end” kind of product you would see in a spa somewhere in Beverly Hills. So far, I am very pleased.

This doesn’t smell like Darjeeling tea to me, it smells more like a floral perfume or cologne. The scent is still pleasant, though. Nice packaging and jar, would make a tasteful gift.

If you want a better product, it may be more expensive; however, it lasts and doesn't overpower you when you walk into a room. I would totally recommend this product and give it an A+++

The scent was so strong it made me want to get out of the tub asap.
