Smells DELICIOUS and burns for days. Packaging is on point for gifting to others, or to yourself! The scent is pretty true Lavender. It reminds my boyfriend of his grandmother’s Lavender growing up in Santa Barbara, and reminds me of the ones my Mom kept in the yard while I was growing up in The Bay.

Great long burning smell.

Nice packaging, as others have stated. Great value here. Smell is very nice, like a plumeria blossom, as I recall them anyway. Not overpowering to me, as some have said, but I guess that's a personal thing.

When it arrived it was boxed up really well with styrofoam around individual pretty giftable boxes in a bigger box. So no worries about the glass breaking. They smell great!

In fact, this candle was my gateway candle to now loving scented candles. Admittedly, I never saw their attraction, but this candle certainly changed my mind.

Even the box smelled nice. The candle itself, wow the smell is perfect. Lavender is my favorite flower and scent and it's always tricky buying Lavender scented things (especially online) because sometimes it smells different. This one was dead on.

True to other reviews, the packaging is absolutely beautiful. Opening the box was like treating myself to a two-month early Christmas present haha

I got the this Lavender scent for Christmas and omg I LOVE it. It’s the best candle ever. Usually I’m allergic to the string scents and fake fragrances, but these candles are soy and they smell super natural.

Product arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Have used it for about 1 hour now and it makes my whole room smell amazing (clean).

It doesn't have a bad smoke residue or anything like you're inhaling anything toxic like another "off-brand" candle I tried. Always sticking with Home Lights Candle.

The packaging was beautiful looks expensive, and it smells great one of the best smelling candles I’ve ever smelled, very nice clean smell. I almost don’t want to burn it I’ll be definitely getting more from Home Lights!

The label design on this candle is a bit cheesy so I had low expectations for the candle itself. But the fragrance is both beautiful and extremely potent. The combo of the tart, lemony bergamot and earthy lavender is a marriage made in heaven. The "throw" is surprisingly powerful as well. Once the candle gets going, the aroma fills my entire house and even spills outside. While I hate the poorly designed label, the frosted purple jar is unique and looks very atmospheric with the glow of the flame showing through. And the coordinating rose gold lid is a nice addition. For such a large [single wick] candle, the burn time is not exceptional - less than 40 hours. And there's a bit of tunneling, which means there'll be some wasted wax at the end. But overall, surprisingly good quality.

The Home Lights candle comes packaged in a black wraparound box with a magnetic lid that boasts the brand logo in attractive lettering. The candle glass itself is similarly sleekly styled and is a moderate 3" x 3". I opted for the Lavender & Bergamot version, which comes in a pretty frosted purple glass with a honey gold lid. The packaging alone makes this a pleasing purchase and a nice gift option. But it's the scent that truly wins out. The aroma is intensely herbal, but not overwhelming and is true to the elements noted. The Lavender & Bergamot candle doesn't smell artificial or diluted, but truly of these herbs. It takes a few minutes to build up after lighting, but then fills the air with its perfume. The scent seems to linger rather than dissipating as with other candles both while its lit and after it is blown out. Very pleased with this candle and would buy again.

We have a lovely but small Guest bathroom, size 4'8" x 4"8", where I like to test out candle fragrances because of its size. The candle was lit for several hours with the door closed and when opened the room was filled with a subtle but lovely fragrance of lavender and bergamot. Would this candle scent a large room? I don't think so but it is perfect for "small - medium" size rooms. I liked it so much that I just reordered it and my friend loved the fragrance too and ordered the candle as well. The candle comes is a lovely purple frosted glass container, so nice that I really didn't want to throw it out so when finished I cleaned out the bottom of the container and reused it as a beautiful glass vase. Lovely packaging and a great gift for the Holidays.

The Lavender & Bergamot scent is very good. It is quite long-lasting. One should only buy if they like strong fragrance which lasts a long time even after blowing out. I have tried many candles and was looking for something which has strong and at the same time sweet smell, this candle is perfect for me. This fragrance is recommended to keep in the living room. I would recommend this candle as compared to other expensive ones whose aroma vanishes after some time.

The candle is beautiful, very big , well packed. Scent is nice but not the strongest scent. But enough to be noticable. Love the presence it makes on my coffee table

The scent is a lovely blend of orange flower and amber, IMO. The scent power is spot on, it's noticeable yet, not overpowering. Many other brands would charge double for a comparable size candle. I was very happy with the scent and presentation even before I burned it. The ship time was a quick.

Bought this for my gf and quickly found me being the one who is always lighting it up to smell the awesome scent. I love this thing! She loves it to. The scent is not overpowering. It is very subtle and calming but invigorating at the same time.

I have ordered other candles from Home Lights and they always come nicely packaged - great for gifting to others or yourself! The 'wood' smell is like a sandalwood which is very nice. I like the amber colored jar and plan to repurpose it once empty.

I bought this for myself as a group challenge among friends for clean/non-toxic/with purpose candle but I know it would make for a great gift.

This candle burns well but I guess after about 2-2.5 hours my nose got use to the scent and I couldn't really smell it as well as when I first lit it.

Overall I like the candle, look & scent. But I can’t justify the price for the longevity. This would make a nice gift, but I don’t see myself splurging on this for regular usage when there are other brands that emit more of a scent & burn twice as long. I could go without the fancy, frosted glass & wood topper (to be discarded, anyway- who actually puts the top back on between uses?!) if it meant more was put into the quality & longevity.
