The scent is very nice, could be a little bit stronger. It burns very well.

Some candles lose their scent after the first few uses, but this candle smells great down to the last drop!! Yay!

The scent is bright, fresh, and citrusy, and in an age where the "other brands" want to charge triple or quadruple the cost of this candle just for a designer name - this candle is a phenomenal value. I will be placing at least one more order at some point to double-check the quality though.

This scent encapsulates the essence of an Autumn morning inside a candle! I love this time of year and the Sandalwood Jasmine candle is a must have to help bring October to life.

I got this as a gift for my wife and she loves the scent. Its not super overpowering which is a huge bonus, neither one of us like super overpowered scents as it tends to make my wife sick, but this is one we both enjoy. Her words, "it has a nice clean smell and its not ridiculously floral or in your face". She wants more.

I only wish I got more for the price I paid. Even so, it is a soy candle (I'm pretty sure anyway) and it smelled lovely and my mom loved it as well.

The candle burned quickly unfortunately but I would buy again. It comes in a very lovely jar with an elegant glass lid that could be reused for a lot of purposes.

Beautiful clean flower scent! Not overpowering or phony smelling. Nice jar too. It would be nice if it lasted longer, or buy a bigger one.

Lifespan was long for its size, and there is very little smoke when blown out. The glass container is pretty attractive as well, and I'll probably clean it out for other use when the candle is spent. I will be purchasing another!

My home is a little under 1400 square feet, so smallish, but if I place it the right spot in the living room, I can smell it pretty much everywhere except the bedroom and garage. I have bought it many times.

Gave it as a gift for an 18 yr old & she loved the scent & the black candle fit into her bedroom there.

I always try to find deals through official site on the Home Lights brand candles, because the prices on these are way nice.

This candle lasts a while and you don’t need to leave it on for long and the smell will Permeate the entire area and it’s very strong. I would also say this is a great gift for anyone and especially for a masculine man.

This candle is fantastic. For a one wick soy based candle, I couldn’t be more impressed. It burns clean. The throw is noticeable throughout my home, which is a two story. I am sensitive to strong fragrances, but this candle fragrance does not bother me. A great Winter candle. Even on the third day the wax has barely diminished. I’m disappointed that I bought over $150 on Yankee Candle candles for fall and winter this year.

It’s burning slowly and clean, no burning down on the center of the candle, the fragrance is most concentrated in the room, it’s strong. It was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition.

This scent is exquisite!

I think this candle could be slightly sweeter but it gives off like a good old spice kind of smell. Like a great men’s cologne. Like camp fire and spice if you can imagine that. We have used it for 8 hours a day for over a week and it’s only gone down like a quarter maybe. It has a fancy rose gold top so it looks very elegant

This one makes a decent gift as it has a nice decorative box. The scent is ok, not overly string, but ok... The burn time is closer to 20 hours not 35, but for the price it is an ok option so I am giving this one 4 stars as a giftable item...

I really love how this candle looks, how huge and long-burning it is! The smell is subtle, but enough to make the whole house smell good. I wish it was a bit less in cost so I could buy a bunch more! Would make a wonderful gift.

I love candles and am always searching for both quality and quantity I tried this brand of candle because of the large size with a great price. Most candles smell good in the jar, but lose their aroma when lit...that does not happen with this candle. It come in a huge glass jar, with a delicious smell. It is an even, slow burn, that releases the identical aroma of the wax...outstanding! If you love candles like me, buy this one...you won't regret it.

I love this candle! First of all, it’s huge! I will absolutely be re-using the jar that it comes in for something else when the candle is done. It’s beautiful. I read a review that said that the Sandalwood & Jasmine candle smelled like Flowerbomb perfume, which is one of my favorites so I immediately bought it based on that review. Sadly, it doesn’t smell like Flowerbomb to me, but it does smell exactly like Gucci Bloom to me, which is another favorite of mine so I was not disappointed at all. Very happy with my purchase :)

When I read the description of this candle I hoped it would deliver both peace and tranquility in a pandemic world. I needed something to soothe my stress-filled life and I found it! These long-lasting, fragrant candles at a great price point were just what I needed. Their scent is pleasant and gentle, not pungent or artificial. I'll continue to buy these and use them during those times when I need a lift!

I wasn’t fond of the smell initially but that’s on me, I bought it blindly. In the end it smells good enough to keep burning. As for quality.... smells nice and strong but has no lingering effect.

The candles came in a very nice package which is perfect for gift giving. I gave them to my supervisor who is sensitive to strong scents. These were perfect because the scents are not overpowering.

I bought this product because it’s supposed to be a santal dupe. IT SMELSS AMAZING BUT IT IS NOT. If you’re looking a dupe this isn’t it. But if you’re looking for candles that a luxurious smell good start to finish buy it.

This candle is a real favorite of mine.I love the scent which makes me think of a warm tropical breeze with sandlewood and Jasmine in the air… I’ve used my first of these candles ( I’ve purchased two). For about a month and have had it lit for several hours over several days. It is a truly long lasting candle and it smells as good now as it did on the first day. Sometimes, when ordering the more strongly flavored scents you can windup with a heady fragrance that can give you a headache because it’s too strong.. Not so with this candle. It’s scentis wonderful and does not overpower the room.

I’m obsessed with this candle!!! The scent fills my entire apartment and I love that is soy. I see a lot of people complaining about the price and that they can get bigger candles for the same price but just know that those bigger candles are not soy. They contain paraffin which if burn as frequently as I do my candles, can be damaging to your health since you are basically I inhaling chemicals. If you only lit your candles once in a while then paraffin is fine but I lit my candle every day when I get home from work and on the weekends to unwind and relax. I will be re-purchasing this candle.

This is a perfect housewarming or host/hostess gift! True to pictures as advertised. Very nice looking candle for gifting & it burns well, but the fragrance isn't quite strong.

Problem is that you can barely smell any scent even after burning for hours--maybe a faint scent of coconut. So, it's pretty, but nothing special if you want a scented candle that you can actually smell.

For the price I definitely thought I would get a stronger scent than this. It smells fine but nothing worth what you pay for. You have to burn at least 45 minutes before you smell anything.

Not sure what happened for those who experienced that? Human error? Lack of attention to a burning candle? Lack of experience owning a candle? The only thing I might add would be a lid? But even when not lit the candle still provides the aroma a quality diffuser would. So I guess a lid really isn't necessary. Here's to a great start for a new year!!

We always get compliments about the pleasant scent of this candle. I've bought two of them now and am about to purchase a third one.
