Refund Policy

To start a return online and ask refund please contact us via Email or fill in a refund form.

Refund Policy:
Full Return refunds can be issued back to a valid payment card within 60 days in the following conditions:
• Items were not shipped or lost during mailing
• Items damaged when received  We will bear the shipping fees for you, if the refund is caused by any product problem.

Return Processing:
• Returns typically take 1-2 weeks to receive and process. 
• Once we receive your return, we will process the refund, replacement, or issue a gift certificate depending on your desired refund method. 

Return Refunds:
• Refunds will be applied back to the original payment method used.
• Issued refunds may take 1-2 business days to post to your payment account.
• Refunds are issued for returned items and the cost of shipping if refund is caused by any product problem.

Ineligible Returns:
• We regret that customized items cannot be returned if there’s no quality problem.
• If we suspect a return to be fraudulent, abusive, or unduly repetitive, we reserve the right to refuse it and no returns will be granted.

We may need to share your transaction information with our payment service providers for the purposes of processig refunds, or dealing with complaints and requires to sunch payment and refunds.
